• Speedy Delivery – $6.99 (Shipping fee refundable if the promised delivery timeline is not met)

• Lightning-Fast Delivery – $14.99 (Shipping fee refundable if the delivery commitment is not met)

Note: Shipping charges, except for Speedy and Lightning-Fast delivery where commitments are not met, are non-refundable.
