Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be securely packed in the original packaging (if available).

  • Returns will be accepted only if the product is damaged or received in poor condition.

  • Returns due to personal reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference issues will not be accepted.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to meet our Speedy ($6.99) or Lightning Fast ($14.99) delivery commitments. In such cases, the shipping fee will be refunded.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.


Exchange Policy

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective, or

  • The item received does not match your order.

Please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the product. Approved exchanges will be processed at no additional cost.

Exchange Process:

  • Pack and ship the item back via USPS, preferably using the original packaging.

  • Once the returned item is received and verified, a replacement will be shipped at no extra charge.


Bulk Orders

For bulk purchases:

  • Exchanges are applicable only for items damaged during delivery.

  • We will replace only the damaged quantity, not the entire bulk order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Items identified as counterfeit or not matching the product description.

  • Stationery items, posters, frames, and packaging materials.


Refund Policy

If your return or exchange request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is 2–3 business days after inspection of the returned item.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted, and the return policy will apply.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or proof of the issue.

  • Our team will initiate an exchange or refund after verification.

  • Ensure returned items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  • All returns and exchanges must be shipped via USPS to the return address shared through email confirmation.
